I’m desperate for a bubble bath!! Not just a bath... a bubble bath!! I’m 5 weeks postpartum. When can I do this..??

Epsom salt bath is a good thing! Just make sure the waters not too hot for your lady parts😅

I had one in my 2nd week of postpartum. But i ask my midwife first and she approved it even with 2 tier stitch!

I didn’t even know you weren’t able to after giving birth? I’d have thought by 5 weeks you’re more than safe to do so? But don’t hold it against me! Interested to see what others say

I was able to take a lavender epsom salt bath 2 hours after delivery and have been every day since. The bath salts are a good substitute for a bubble bath, lavender smells amazing and relaxes the body. (C-section is obviously different)

I was old bath after csection at 2 weeks and it helped so much. I don’t know about bubbles. I’d think at 5 weeks would be totally fine.

Im actually not sure about a bubble bath, i was told no bath’s after c section for at least 4 weeks, after my vaginal birth i had a badedas one straight away to help with stitches its not a bubble bath exactly but still relaxing.
