So just got the call. His SA came back extremely better. Increased motility from 22% to 47%, increased concentration, his abnormal sperm plummeted, and his morphology went way up!

This is excellent news and means that the meds are working! I'm hoping they have improved enough to start me on clomid. My fertility coordinator on the phone sounded super excited. But didn't indicate whether we could start them or not.

His next appointment is next Friday and we will discuss what this means and what's next!

Did anyone have a good experience with this kind of thing? We've been trying for 3 years and he has been on Anastrozle and Coq10 since the very end of June. I also have ovulation issues so hints the clomid for me.
