Back pain relief after vomiting?
I had a stomach bug today and was throwing up from 4:15am til 1pm 😫 the back pain right now is unreal. What did some of you use to get some relief? Google said to use an ice pack for the first few days before switching to heat but it doesn't seem to be helping at all
