Baby burn on finger

So I felt like the worst mom ever on Monday when I was holding my baby and took food out of the microwave that has been sitting in there for a few minutes AFTER being heated up so I didn't think it would be so hot. Long story short my daughter tried to grab the food and burned the pad of her middle finger. It blistered up ans we've been keeping it clean but the blister popped tonight and I'm not sure how to continue to care for it. Shes 10 months so crawling everywhere and putting everything in her mouth so I'm not sure how I would keep a bandaid on it. Please help!
