Kids pajamas?

Does anyone have a suggestion for soft fitted pajamas? My 3yo wears size 5 and 6 because he’s very tall, but he only likes the cuffed pants (not loose legs) and cuffed fitted long sleeve shirts. I do like Burts bees pajamas, but they tend to shrink and become less stretchy over time so they can be hard to get over his head. I love how soft they are, though! Does anyone have any super soft pajama suggestions for kids?
