Please help!! I'm totally freaked out!

My butt started itching randomly tonight and I scratched it and now it's burning and there's a warm itching feeling near my vagina near the hole closest to my butt. My vagina is itching near the hole too.

Things to know:

I'm married

We are both faithful

We don't to crazy sex positions

(I'm on top or he is)

We don't use sex toys

I eat sweets like crazy (I don't think that's it)

I'm going on a low carb lifestyle soon so if it's what I'm eating then maybe it will go away. I've never been this itchy before in my life so I'm just freaking out. Someone please help me figure this out.

We are going to urgent care tomorrow. I wanna know what you guys think too.
