Smoking
Hey guys. I have only been smoking ciggs for about 2 years or so. If started off small, one a day or even every few days. Gradually it got into 6 a day max. Now itsfull blown a pack a day. I’m so used to smoking in the car out of habit when I go places. It’s not even a stress reliever at this point but more out of habit. I’ve tried stoping multiple times but I end up kinds going crazy in a way and always buy a pack or I’ll get intense migraines that will make me super sick.
I can’t function anymore, I’m so tired everyday. No motivation, exhausted. I’m the person who has the house clean everyday, I enjoy cleaning mine sndmt husbands car, always making sure things are done and lately I haven’t done anything, the house has been a mess. I csnt get out of bed.. I feel like I’m slowly dying. I NEED TO QUIT. Can someone who had been through this please give me some tips or advice? What have you done or went through?? Thank you.
