Scan worries

Hi all I paid for a 16week well-being scan on my little one few weeks ago and now am nearly having my 20weeks scan.. the 16 weeks one went fine couldn’t see any problems however am such a worrier and am worried something maybe wrong on my 20 week scan is that a possibly? I can’t seem to enjoy my pregnancy at all because am just so worried about him is anyone else in the same boat ❤️❤️
