HELP PLEASE Plan B

I need advice on is this normal. I too plan B 5 days ago which was day 8 of my cycle I had just finished period when I took the pill. Now two days ago I noticed my cervix was very tender and a little light pink spots when I wiped. Today I had very heavy bleeding. I felt I was ovulating yesterday or today which is when it should happen but instead I have very heavy bleeding bright red and thick. I don’t know if this is normal or not. I can’t find any info online to anyone else experiencing this type of bleeding. Help please.
