Need ideas...

We recently had to bump my daughters crib down to the lowest setting because she was close to climbing out of it at the next setting up. We’ve noticed several times since moving it down that she’s gotten her leg caught in between the slats of the crib. We’ve saved her 3 times now in just a few weeks. The other night she started fussing and I noticed on the monitor she hadn’t moved or rolled around in 4 hours and that’s when I noticed her leg was caught again. It left a horrible red mark on her thigh and her leg that was cold was ice cold compared to the other leg when I freed her.

Any ideas of what I can do to help prevent this? I haven’t been sleeping well because I keep worrying about her leg getting caught.
