Could Epsom salt do any harm ??

Everybody says pregnant people can't soaking in epsom salt ? Does anyone know why no one seems to kno the reason they just kno that it's bad 😶 but I'm in a lot of pain body super sore haven't been exercising or anything

So its safe to soak in Epsom salt, just don't ingest it. :)

Believe you can and there are also bennifits to it also ... Just don't get in a scorching hot bath and stay in forever.👍🏼

I used them all the time in my first pregnancy and a few times so far with this one. I can't see why it would be bad as long as the water isn't to hot. My OB last time had no problems with it what so ever.
