Finally an answer!
I've been working out and eating less and healthy for months going on a year now. No changes to my scale or body. Finally I got an answer I have insulin resistance!
I am so grateful to know this and know that I am going to be capable of losing weight I just need to eat differently (the same foods as before but never eating after 6:30) I am really going to have to stay focused and prepared so I can eat at a decent hour! I really hope this change makes a bug difference, if not I will have to start taking metformin.
