Painful pelvic pressure???

So im 38w2d and today I've been having some pelvic pressure after I was doing laundry and cleaning a little bit so I took like a 2 hour nap to rest. When I got up the pressure was so intense it was painful, kinda felt like my vagina was just gonna fall out lol I couldn't really walk most of the night. Has anyone experienced this? This is my 2nd baby but I've had scheduled c-sections with both so idk what actual labor feels like or what it feels like right before it starts.

Baby has most likely dropped into your birth canal - I have had a breech baby for weeks now and his little toosh was trying to drop down and it caused MAJOR pelvic pain like I had been hit in the vagina with a baseball bat I started sleeping with a pillow between my legs and that has helped...also those pregnancy belly bands are said to help with the pressure too! You’re almost done momma!!! You got this!!
