39 weeks - wet but no discharge?

I’m 39w2d today and for the last few weeks I’ve been having this sensation that I’m leaking something, but when I go to the bathroom I have no wetness in my underwear and the only thing that I get when I wipe is the little bit of pee from using the toilet. I literally always feel like I’m wet and leaking something - and not urine because I try to stop the flow and it doesn’t do anything - but there’s no evidence of there being anything going on. Is this normal? I definitely don’t remember this with my first. And when I say nothing I mean not even a little bit of normal discharge.
