What is it?

I’m 16 weeks . I had two episodes of pins and needle type of pain in my belly n around it ...the first time it happened my little niece was getting shots at the hospital n she kept crying so I guess you can say it made me really stressed. It lasted the whole 2 minutes she was crying . The second my Uber driver missed my exit n I got really hot n needle poke pain all around my stomach .. I did ask my ob she said your fine could just be your stomach stretching !!! Has anyone felt this type of pain before?
