My fiancé and I are trying to conceive. We had intercourse on 3 of my ovulation days and my next menstrual cycle is due on 03/07, I am bleeding (lightly pink/red) today 03/01. Could this be implantation bleeding or something I should be concerned about? Again light, no tampon needed, small cramps in my lower belly. It's been approx. 10-12 DPO. Am I psyching myself out? Advise please! I tested for pregnancy and it's negative but I haven't "missed" my period yet so I have to wait until the 8th to confirm.
