Hi Bell, I know ur post is quite old but I was doing a search for puregon and found it. I've just finished my first round of injections and hoping to trigger (pregnyl) tomorrow. Did u have any luck with this?

Hey. It sure did work :) im holding my little man in my arms right at this moment. After a year on clomid...the first cycle of FSH injections worked :) My little 32 week prem is now 34 weeks and graduated from NICU to special care nursery a few days ago :) good luck :) x
