Advice please

Hi, I'm in my tww and I know I can't be having symptoms yet - I think I've just got sick (feeling sick a horrid taste in my mouth which is making me feel proper thirsty, constant running nose etc) but I was just wondering if getting sick could affect the chance of a fertilised egg attaching? I know it sounds silly but I kinda just need someone to tell me it won't (even though i kinda know it)
