20 days late, NO BFP

Hey everyone!

I am 20 days late for my period today. I had taken some tests, some came out with VVVFL and some came out with negative. I took a Quantative HCG (pregnancy hormone blood test) and the Doctor called today and notified me that my results were negative. 😭😭😭 I am so so depressed because I had what I thought was implantation bleeding, only to find out negative news is just so heart breaking. But what worries me the most is why isn't my period here yet? Does anyone have a similar experience? If so, what was going on with your body, and how did you get your period again?
