My body is crazy!

My body is driving me nuts, previous cycles I haven’t confirmed ovulation. This cycle I had the strongest opk’s so far, but not with the test line darker than the control just as dark as each other. So my Premom app is counting down DPO from opks, but my temps didn’t do anything to confirm that so I’m not sure.

Then the past few days I woke up at 3, I usually check my temps at 5:30 so I took my temp at 3 because it was after four hours sleep even though I knew it was a very different time. I also took my temps are 5:30 which were lower, but then not after 4 hours sleep.

If I go by the 3am temps, I may have an ovulation pattern that indicates I’m 3 DPO, if I don’t, then I don’t. I had egg white Cm yesterday and cramping in the days prior but very very negative opk’s for the past 7 days.

I feel like my body is working against me. Making me wake up in the night, casting doubt on all my temps, long irregular cycles, I had a scan which said no to PCOS some time ago but I feel like everything is so chaotic I can’t tell which way is up and I’m feeling so down. I don’t even mind that I’m not pregnant yet although I would love to be, but I’d just like to know I’m ovulating and have a chance.
