i’m stuck, how do i lose weight
hey ladies!
i’m 16years old, nearly 5”9 and weigh 70kg. i’ve been trying to go back to 60kg (which is what i was before quarantine) but i’ve been really struggling. i do a HIIT workout for around 30mins every second day and walk for an hour everyday. i drink 3L of water every day as well as only eat lunch and dinner which consists of a bunch of veggies and protein.
i have no idea why i’ve had zero progress as i’ve been doing this for nearly 3 months and i actually feel that i’m gaining weight. i have much more cellulite around my legs which i didn’t have before and i have no idea why.
do you ladies have any tips to reach my goal so i can become more confident in myself ?
