What are your plans for postpartum weight loss?

I want to maintain the same lifestyle I've had while pregnant and prior-eating healthy and working out. I'm almost counting on the fact I'll be gaining weight though PP because extra calories are needed to make a good supply. Also the fact that exercise is more restricted PP. I don't eat very many calories now, probably the bare minimum. So, we'll see how it goes. I'm not very concerned. I haven't gained much weight and I think I'll bounce "back" with no issues.

Breast feeding and keeping an eye on my not so good carb choices . Also a lot of walking .

Breast feeding, I have a 3 mile walking trail near my home, healthy eating! Hubby even offered to give me some evenings off so I can take Zumba classes.

Most importantly a healthy diet paired with weight lifting, some cardio here and there, and breast feeding should help. :)

Breastfeeding at least first 6 weeks, I'll continue if I can get a breast pump for work. Treadmill exercise and continuing to eat ok. (I've lost 1lb this pregnancy)

I have a 3 year old aswell so I will have my hands full, but I am planning on breastfeeding. With my last I just did lots of little walks with the buggy etc and it seemed to come off steadily . A few home workout DVDs are good also :) but I am not going to pressure myself as much as I did last time xxx
