HCG Levels

Mine was checked at exactly 4 weeks and it was 196.2, the doctor said it was good. But my next appointment would be on thursday (blood+ultrasound). I feel anxious because a lot of you here have very high levels. Is there something to be concerned about my levels. It is my first time after struggling for 6 years.
