TMI - sorry in advance!!

I had a miscarriage at 5 weeks a little over a week ago now. I bled heavy for 5 days and then spotted for two. I guess this would be my first “fertile” window since it happened and today my CM is excessive. Normally I don’t notice but today has been a lot. Is this normal? Has anyone else experienced this?
