Discharge at 24 weeks

Hi everyone,

I would like to know how much discharge is normal? Over the past week, my knickers seem to be wet by the end of my working day.. I also have white mucus when I wipe after I have a wee. Sometimes there’s a little bit of red blood mixed in with the mucus 🤷‍♀️ not a lot but enough to notice. Has anyone else experienced this?
