Sugar limit

I’m trying to lose 50lbs. What’s a good limit on sugar intake daily?? I’m trying not to go over 15 grams of sugar a day, but I wanted to hear from some experts.

Sugar is my ultimate weakness lol. I’m literally craving a snickers as I type this. 😫🤣🤣

I also workout at least 3 times a week.
