My tinder date was married

I matched with a guy and things were going well, we talked on the phone and all that and things seemed nice, he asked me if I’d like to have a date with him and I told him yes, then he gave me really odd times/dates. Like 2pm Monday or Thursday.

Tinder said he was the owner of a business. I went to the business website and then found his first and last name. I plugged that into Facebook. I found him, but he’s married. Like, a couple months ago. In one of his tinder pics he had even cropped his wife’s face out of one of them, she had a vibrant hair color that was hard to miss.

She didn’t appear to have a Facebook, but I did find her dad’s and he had posted her name there, so from there I found her on Instagram. I have her business email so I’m really contemplating telling her, but how do I start it? Do I ask her if they have an open marriage? What’s my opener? I don’t know what I’m doing but I want this woman to know the truth about her husband.
