So I'm 17 yrs old. when I was 15 I was raped by a guy I thought was a friend and it was very violent and traumatic, my loving bf of 2 yrs knows abt this and has been very kind and understanding. but he wants to spice it up if u will and I'm not sure what too do bc I'm scared something could b a trigger. I've had sex since my rape but it was very vanilla and my bf is wanting to try cuffing and things like that, I want to address my worries with him without making him feel bad and I'm not sure what to do....
