Genuine advice needed

Girls i need some genuine advice .. long story!

4 weeks ago we found out i was pregnant, roughly 8 weeks at the moment. I have twins who are 11 from a previous relationship. 1 has autism and is a lot to handle even with medication. Neither of them sleep much they wake so early in a morning full of energy to go about the day. Can be very draining at times. There behaviour at times is a lot. My partner (not there dad) & i have been together 5 years he finds them real hard to handle and sometimes finds it too over whelming. Any how back to the story, we found out we was expecting. We’ve talked about having children and hes always seemed so happy for that day to come.

Well that day is here and now and My partner just isnt feeling how he led me to believe he would. He dropped a bombshell on me that he isnt 100% sure he wants us to keep the baby, due to how my other 2 children are and feels he wouldnt cope. He doesn’t cope well with stress and is such a sensitive person he gets upset real easy. Weve had many talks about this & hes still saying the same although he said he will support me if i keep the baby, and will be the best dad etc ... I do want to keep the baby but then same time i feel like im forcing him to be a dad when he doesnt feel ‘ready’ at the moment untill my boys get older! ive explained all this to him that i do want to keep the baby .. ive even said im damned if i keep it and then damned if i dont! Cus either way youll hate me or ill hate you. We havent told anyone yet so i dont have anyone to get advise from so im coming to you guys.

Has anyone been in the same position and how was it resolved? I dont want to leave him over this. Hes not done anything to cause me to leave. Ive even said shall i book a scan and when you see your baby youll feel better but hes not up for that idea just yet!
