Postpartum anxiety and extreme fatigue
So I had my precious baby on Saturday and I’ve been on edge ever since I have seen the dr and I have even gone for the emergency room I woke up shaking and cold I was sleep deprived and just exhausted. I have no appetite and it’s hard to sleep I feel like when I go to sleep it’s not the gentle doze off it’s more of a crash out and then I wake in a panic I know I’m not alone so I figured I would give us a forum to talk about it.
