Is the shower making anyone else sick?

Maybe the last 1-2 weeks I get dizzy and out of breath in the shower. This morning I had to turn the water off and sit down ASAP because I started to see dots...

It may be the hot showers, if that’s what you’re taking. When I go from really hot temps to cooler temps I get extremely light headed too and have to take a seat. Try warm showers instead of hot. Also a bath seat if your shower is big enough for one may help incase its not the temperature

Do you take really hot showers,the steam can make you light headed. Try leaving the bathroom fan running, the door open, or cracking a window to let some of it out so it’s not as hot in there and it may help

A hot shower can cause vasodilation which lowers your blood pressure and makes you feel sick. Stick to shorter, cooler showers!

Drink water first. I started getting like this. Not just in the shower but in the store and while cooking.  Idk why and my OB is still running test as of last week to try and figure it out. I have high BP which is causing it. I started carrying water in the store so help me and it does help. I still feel like crap but the wanting to pass out is a terrible scary feeling.

Definitely haven’t been feeling sick in the shower but since it’s gotten colder in NJ I’ve been taken warmer showers and I’ve notice almost every time I get out and dry off, pee comes out so much I always think its my water until I take a whiff and it smells like pee🤣🤦🏻‍♀️i have no idea why this keeps happening but its super annoying. And like I don’t feel it happening at all until I feel I’m wet in between my legs after already drying off.😤😤

I felt this the other day! It was a longer shower than usual because I attempted to shave 😬
Try drinking water before the shower and take it in the shower with you. That helped me at the time.

I’d also like to add to the other poster to drink a glass of water before taking your shower.
