When will a baby outgrow Newborn sizes?

My baby girl is 4 weeks old tomorrow. She’s just starting to fill out her newborn onesies this week. I think she’s about 8lbs now and wonder how long she has left before I should switch out for her 0-3 month sizes.
When did your babies grow out of their NB sizes?

Depends on the brand too. Baby gap, Gerber and Carter’s have always run slimmer/snug. I think newborns are 8-12 lbs generally

My son grew out of newborn at about 2-2.5 weeks old. He was 8lbs 2oz at birth and weighed 10lb 7oz at his 1 month appointment. Newborn was snug but really just not long enough anymore. But, my husband is 6’4” and not a small man so it’s not surprising he’s growing fast 😂

My 3 week old is still in newborn and I'm expecting it to fit for another couple weeks. It fits well but with a little room right now. 0-3 and 3 month stuff she is still drowning in. Also as someone else mentioned brand makes a big difference. Gerber runs small.
