Hello all.

My wife and I are going to begin our first time insemination at home. We've previously done 8 <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">iui</a>'s in a office which have all been unsuccessful. For reasons unknown as all my tests have been completely normal. I personally believe they left the sperm out for too long 🤷‍♀️

So we are going to try at home at our own with fresh sperm.

Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

We know about tracking and I have a cup.

Biggest question is how many times in the fertile window and on what days before or after the peak?
