Rash? Measles? Help

What is this....my anxiety is through the roof. She did have a fever 2 days ago

This looks exactly like my nephew’s roseola. He ran a fever and was generally miserable for a few days and then everything resolved on its own.

Roseola also known as fifth disease, very common childhood illness. Usually starts with a fever then a rash and goes away on its own. All you can do is let it run its course and give Tylenol if need be ☺️ ❤️ if fever consists for more the 5 days and won't stay down with Tylenol then get babe checked but as long as fever is good no worries

Roseola! My son was hospitalized for this, his fever got up to 104.7 so we took him to the ER, only to be sent home a day later when his fever broke and they couldn’t figure out what caused it. The rash showed up the next morning and it looked identical to that.

If she is breast fed , bath her in like warm water and with your milk for 10 mins. Don’t do hot water that will irritate. My baby had a rash like that and it went away. My dr said nothing to worry about unless it bothers her

I would check with your pediatrician just to be safe. Especially since she had a fever. But it could just be a heat rash. My daughter has sensitive skin, and her skin will sometimes look like that if she’s really hot or her skin gets irritated from certain clothing.
