I’m 2 weeks postpartum today. I’ve had a severe migraine all day, been taking Motrin every 8 hours it’s not helping. It’s now 11pm and I’ve been having severe shakes for the last 30 minutes. They are stopping now, (I’m under blankets) but I took my temp and it’s 101.4. I’m not sure if I should be concerned or wait until morning and see if I still feel this way... I’m also breastfeeding so I don’t know is it safe to keep feeding baby? Any advice?
