So I identify as female but have always wondered this.

I don’t know anyone that’s non-binary, so I can’t really ask anyone this, so I’m confessing my thoughts.

I’ve southern and have grew up in the south my entire life. Even though I didn’t grow up in the country and am a “city girl”, I still call everyone sweet things. Like sweetie, sweetheart, honey, hon etc. And I see all these words used on legit anybody(male or female) and I have always wondered if a person that’s non-binary would ever mind that I call them all these different things? It’s sort of a habit and just comes out, but I guess it would really just depend on if that person was comfortable or not with it.

It’s still something I wonder about since all of those words I see as not having any specific gender with them.
