Pms, Ovulation, or Early pregnancy Stmptoms?

Hello all, so this week I have felt pretty rough. Late last week I felt really bloated, crappy, gassy, etc. Then about Wednesday I started having a lot of breast pain, like really sore with occasionally shooting pain towards my nips. Since yesterday that has eased but yesterday I noticed I had some acne coming in and was just really moody and irritable and a little emotional at times, with occasional light cramps. All of this is mimicking my PMS symptoms but it’s more spread out and intense than normal. My cycle has been all over the place since I took out my nexplanon in mid September, and glow originally said I should ovulate around the 16th but kept moving my date back because I got negative opk tests. I haven’t taken one since Friday morning since I’m out of town at the moment so idk if I peaked early, or maybe I am now....? But with all of this I can’t tell if I’m pregnant, just having ovulation symptoms, or just about to PMS and it’s more intense because my hormones are everywhere.
