So I’m a little over a week late and I started bleeding but it’s not like my normal period my normal period is heavy, dark with a lot and of clots

but what’s happening now is super light no clots no cramps but I did have light cramping on my lower right side is it a weird period or implantation??? I’m going to the doctor in a few days but If they test me now won’t it be negative?? Help
