Thoughts on icy hot/ bio freeze?

My back is hurting so bad especially when I go to bed just wondering if it’s safe to use or any other recommendations

My approved list of pregnancy medications says IcyHot is okay if used once a day. 
I would check with your OB to be 100% sure. They may or may not suggest using it or have a better suggestion. :)
