Cramping before ovulation
Ladies, do you guys have cramping before ovulation? I started my fertile window today (1st through the 7th) last month I had a positive opk a few days before my predicted ovulation.
Today I have some cramping really low but a negative opk.
Its been 4 years since I've used them or have tracked a cycle so I'm relearning lol.
Any help is appreciated!
