I am 13 dpo, 8 days until period. For the past week I’ve had HORRIBLE debilitating cramps. It’s a constant ache in my lower right pelvis. Ibuprofen isn’t helping, hot packs only help slightly. Pregnancy tests are currently looking negative to me (I added in the edited and unedited pictures). Any ideas what this could possibly be? Or do I need to wait longer to test again?
