Could this be herpes???

It doesn’t hurt at all, they started appearing in July, I can pop them and a head comes out, I’ve tried acne washes but it doesn’t seem to be helping that much but I’m also always wearing leggings. I just don’t know what it could be? Does anyone have any opinions on what it could be?

Is it dimpled in the middle? Or are they perfectly round?

Herpes hurts. It blisters and crusts and scabs over. It’s doesn’t pop or come to a head.

Wear loose clothing, looks like you have irritated your skin. This can happen with friction, sweat, and not enough air.
