Confused scared

Hi lady’s how are you I hope you guys are keeping safe biting this horrible time

So I have pcos I been dealing with this since i was in my teens I’m now 24 years old

So I was taking a shower late night and I started to wash my self down there in my lady part and while I’m washing I felt liquid come out me I’m sorry to make it seem nasty this is the only way to explain it so when I look at my hand I was bleeding and I haven’t had my period since February of 2020 when I had to stay in the hospital cause of my appendix I feel like the only reason I really had my period was cause of the fluids I was getting in the lv bag

And I haven’t had sex in 3 months

What could be the reason for this is it normal do you guys never experienced this before ?

Also I don’t take birth control
