Hey ladies, I posted couple of days ago that I am miscarrying again I'm around 4 n half weeks but my hcg has dropped too low I have no bleeding or pain yet. Going to dr tomorrow to discuss if I wait or if they will medically manage but should I go in to work tomorrow? I don't know wether to give myself tomorrow to process and speak to the dr and go in Tuesday my manager said he would be OK with me taking the day off but what's your thoughts? I don't feel like I'm miscarrying yet last time I knew because I started bleeding but this time I still feel pregnant because I've had no period and the constant image of my bfp
