Molluscum contagisum

Has anyone had this? I have a very small patch of it under my buttcheek. Is there any natural remedies that I should try? I know Australian lemon myrtle and tea tree oil are supposed to help, but I feel like some of those natural remedies are kind of ineffective. I’m putting black seed oil on it, but it doesn’t seem to be doing anything. How can I go about having sex while I have this? Since it’s such a small area where I have it, I was thinking of putting duct tape on it, which I read is also a way to get rid of it. But it’s a weird thing to have to explain so idk.
