Hey ladies, I'm 4 weeks pp and my bleeding had tapered off a lot and gotten brown... Then I lifted my toddler 4 days ago (which I'm not supposed to do but kind of half to sometimes!) and since then it's been bright red! Just today it's started darkening/fading. Anyone else have a similar experience? I know increasing activity will increase bleeding but the color change kind of weirded me out. Is it going to go back to bright red every time I overdo it?? When will it stop?
