I am 23 weeks tonight. Diagnosed with a short cervix and put on progesterone. I have no pain/contractions, no bleeding. I found this while I was cleaning myself after passing urine. Is this mucous plug or something? I already messaged my doctor. Its almost 12am now. I don’t know if I should go to the ER?

No that’s regular discharge, my mucas plug was hugeeee, nearly the size of my fist. 
We do start to lose more as we get closer to labour but you can be losing thumb size pieces daily and it regenerates. X

It’s normal hun so long as it’s not blood stained

I shouldn’t be too concerned if there’s no bleeding and/or cramping happening. Parts of mucus plug do release throughout pregnancy which is normal..I SWEAR! No need for the ER, if you do however start bleeding, spotting, or cramping then yes definitely go into ER.
