IUD (Mirena) pregnancy?

I've had my Mirena for about a year now and I very rarely have my period and when I do it's for like a day or two. I'm freaking out because I'm having continuous cramping on and off for a few weeks now. Is it possible to get pregnant with a Mirena and how likely??

It's highly unlikely you are pregnant but I would go see a doctor, symptoms like that are not normal and the possibility you are pregnant would mean it's a tubal which isn't healthy either, something isn't right, I doubt you're pregnant but might be worth checking it out

no you're not pregnant ! Mirena is actually known to make your periods disappear over time so you'll have less at least that's what my doctor told me ! give her/him a call and get tested I'm sure you're okay !
