So I had spotting at 6 weeks 2 days and went to ER as instructed. I had a miscarriage before so I was STRESSED.

Spotting stopped.

U/S was done with sac and no embryo. Hcg was 1004

2 days later hcg was 1090

I expected the worst (still am but in limbo)

Today at "7w2d" U/S shows fetal pole

Spotting started again yesterday, this time it seems like the stuff at start of MC

I would think with hcg not doubling AND low there wouldn't be a fetal pole. I've already accepted and grieved the miscarriage but it hasn't happened yet. What's happening 😭
