Started SMEP 3 days ago. No positive opk yet. Hubby is sick but he's a trooper and is pushing through. I'm sure I'll be sick in my tww though! Do you guys tell your husband when your fertile days are? Doing the SMEP has me feeling like it's more of a job because I have to turn him down every other day if that's not the day we are supposed to BD.

Me too! Cycle day 3 for me. I am going to try SMEP this month and maybe pre seed. We were going to do preseed last month but we were having fun and forgot! Baby dust to all!

My AF is due 28th march also .im currently on CD 2 . 
​I usually ovulate day 15/16 .i start doing opk testing about day 12 to catch the surge !! I'm carol and this is month #3 of TTC for me :)
